Our guaranteed response time is 48 hours. Once you specify in our system that you want to ship your products, within less than 48 business hours, you will see that your products are leaving our warehouse. For items that are managed directly by us (Fulfilled by Us) or shipped using the FBM method, we guarantee same-day departure, provided the exit order is logged before noon.
Yes, Savo Prep Center LLCis strategically located less than 1 mile away from two of the largest Amazon centers in Indiana. This proximity ensures quick and efficient distribution for shipments headed to Amazon.
