Fulfillment Policy

SAVO PREP CENTER LLC offers customized preparation and logistics services for Amazon FBA, FBM, and other e-commerce platforms. Below are the policies regarding fulfillment, refunds, and cancellations to ensure clarity and transparency for our clients.

Service Delivery

Once products are received at our facility located at 7043 Girls School Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46241, we process them following the specific instructions provided by the client.
The average preparation and shipping time is 48 hours. This timeframe may vary depending on project volume and operational load.
Our main services include:

Refund Policy

Errors by Savo Prep Center: If there is an error in the service provided (e.g., the wrong product is shipped), we will work directly with the client to resolve the issue. This may include reshipping the correct product or a potential refund, depending on the agreement.
Completed Services: Refunds are not granted for services that have already been correctly completed.
Returns to Retailers: If the client requests a return of a product to their retailer, a fee of $3 per processed box will apply.

Cancellation and Storage Policy

Cancellations: If the client decides to cancel a service before it begins, no additional charges will apply. If the service has already started, the refund policy outlined above will apply.
Storage: Clients with storage services must pay by the first of each month for services rendered the previous month. If payment is not made within 10 days of the due date and the client has not communicated to arrange an agreement, Savo Prep Center reserves the right to dispose of the stored products to cover the outstanding costs.
